Among the looks that made waves on social media include the costume of Graciella Sheine Lehmann designed by actor-host Paolo Ballesteros. Another eye-catching national costume was that of Herlene Nicole Budol of Angono, Rizal. Created by Patrick Isorena and Ebok Sausa Pinpiño, her costume depicted the Higantes Festival. The giant's head was inspired by Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, while the costume's orange hues and fringes referred to her famous moniker "hipon" or shrimp.

Gabrielle Camille Basiano of Borangan City Eastern Samar's Virgin Mary-inspired costume also made a loud impact. Designed by Ken Batino and Jevin Salaysay, it depicted the Padul-Ong Festival that pays homage to the Blessed Virgin Mary. The festival illustrates the myth of the mysterious "Lady in White" that frequently visits the Hamorawan Spring.

Meanwhile, Masbate City's Patricia Ann Tan paid homage to Masbate's Rodeo tradition by showcasing the cattle and livestock industry of the province. She wore a cowgirl-inspired couture with Filipiniana sleeves as a metaphor for the strength of Filipinas.

Aside from the national costume, the Binibinis also rocked the stage by modeling trendy items from pageant sponsors Shein, Jag Jeans, and Moist Diane.
