SAN FELIPE, Zambales: An 82-year-old Filipino American woman was found dead with her throat cut on September 2 inside her room in a resort here in an alleged robbery-homicide case. In a report submitted to Cpt. Connie Calzado, the victim was identified as Teresita Sison-White, 82, with a dual citizenship (American and Filipino), of Purok 9, Coastal Road, Barangay Santo Niño. The victim, who was a widow, was found dead by resort helpers at around 9 a.m. Initial investigation revealed that robbery was the primary motive of the crime. According to the resort's helpers, the victim's mobile phone, sling bag, wallet containing various IDs, and an undetermined amount of money and pieces of jewelry were missing. Police also noticed that the steel grill sliding window of the house was destroyed, which was a possible point of entry for the suspects. The victim's body was subjected to further investigation by Scene of the Crime Operatives, while a follow-up investigation was carried out by local police here.
