Oil companies will lower their pump prices on Tuesday, September 6, a week after implementing a hefty price increase.

In separate advisories, Pilipinas Shell and Seaoil said they will cut the cost of diesel by P1.55 per liter, gasoline by P2.60 per liter and kerosene by P1.60 per liter at 6 a.m. on Tuesday.

Cleanfuel will slash pump prices of diesel by P1.55 per liter and gasoline by P2.60 per liter starting at 12:01 a.m. on September 6.

Likewise, PetroGazz will adjust the prices of diesel by P1.55 per liter and gasoline by P2.60 per liter effective 6 a.m. on Tuesday.

Other oil companies were expected to follow suit.
