RENTALS in prime investment-grade offices may increase by as much as 15 percent this year due to increased demand from the country’s booming call-center industry, the consultancy firm CB Richard Ellis said Tuesday.

In the second quarter of 2004, rentals pushed upward by 2.8 percent in Makati and 0.4 percent in Ortigas Center “as there were no new supply,” said Ryan Isip, CBRE associate director.
