THE Philippine and Thailand governments on Tuesday said that they have agreed to work hand in hand in the formulation of regional fuel standards for ethanol-blended gasoline.
The two governments would also push for the rationalization of the Asean automobile industry to encourage car manufacturers to use engines suitable for ethanol-blended fuel.
