CAMP TOLENTINO, Bataan—Bataan police Chief Supt. Elmer M. Macapagal said over the weekend that the police’s campaign against illegal drugs is quickly gaining ground and is expected to be further boosted by the arrival of an expert in drug enforcement.

Macapagal said that he sought the transfer to Bataan of Chief Insp. Rolando Rivera, whom he designated as the new chief of the Police Community Relations here, because of Rivera’s expertise in fighting illegal drugs.
