Mayor Enrico Echiverri of Caloocan and Mayor Florencio Bernabe Jr. of Parañaque made the statement after the Philippine Bar Association (PBA) threatened to file charges against them and four other Metro Manila mayors before the Office of the Ombudsman for allegedly failing to put up a solid waste management system in their cities and towns.
