Filipinos who are illegally staying in Malaysia gained a reprieve when the Malaysian government on Tuesday postponed its crackdown on illegal migrants.

Reports from the Malaysian media said Kuala Lumpur delayed the roundup of illegals at the request of Indonesia, the Philippines and the United Nations.
